Define the pack and the counting claim

Plot or tabulate their measured gross weights by known count. If the groups overlap, a single weight threshold cannot perfectly separate them in the observed conditions. Do not solve that problem by choosing a convenient midpoint and describing every pack on the preferred side as correctly counted. Review an additional counting method or a narrower validated operating scope.
Verify performance during actual motion
Where an in-line checkweigher is proposed or installed, test identified packs under approved conveyor speed, spacing and presentation conditions. Compare repeated passes and independently prepared packs. Record the surrounding operating state because vibration, contact between packs or an interrupted weighing interval can affect the result.
Review the complete decision and rejection path with the supplier. A correctly displayed weight does not prove that the intended pack reaches the reject location. Preserve the challenge identity, displayed result and physical outcome together. Treat invalid measurements, missed decisions and incomplete rejection as separate findings rather than folding them into a single accuracy number.
Set a justified monitoring boundary
Agree operating limits and challenge checks from the evidence for this pack format. Record the permitted cup and packaging constructions and the conditions that require re-evaluation. A change in film width, label format or cup material can alter the weighing problem without changing the intended pack count.
